Picture this...You have a newly opened bottle of Inspiration Rosé, freshly made Grouper Tacos, a handful of your best friends dishing on all the latest news, and a couple of trash tv shows on deck in the unlikely event you run out of things to talk about. Talk about a perfect Girls Night In!
Nowadays, Girls Nights In doesn't happen very often since my girlfriends and I have pesky husbands and children. If it does happen, it usually consists of a race to get the kids to bed as soon as possible so we can pound wine and then severely regret it the following day when the kids come pouncing in at 6:30 am. This was not the exception in terms of the early wake-up call, but it was still a great evening with great friends and, dare I say even better wine??
From the winemaker: Classic Provence. Floral, clean, fresh berries first then followed by fresh herbs and flowers – like walking through a Provence lavender field on an early summer morning. The harmony of bright acidity, rich texture and dry finish show the completeness of this wine. Creamy strawberry notes up front and lingering flavors of fresh basil, thyme, lavender.
Finally, it may be acceptable (or even required) to wear pajamas (or at least athleisure) for your Girls Night In, but it is NOT ok to serve your friends' wine in a solo cup. Keep it classy, use your stemware, and let The WINE Brush help clean up.
